Classroom Training Meets the Real Plant Floor
Our Maintenance Technician Training Program combines structured technical instruction with practical, hands-on learning designed around the challenges maintenance professionals encounter in industrial environments.
Participants develop skills in areas such as industrial mechanical components, safety including PPE & Lock/Out Tag/out, Good Manufacturing practice (GMP), pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, basic electrical diagrams, motors and controls, pre-shift wellness and more.
ON-SITE APPLICATION
On-Site Training at Your Facility
During the final two weeks of the program, training transitions to the participating company's facility, allowing technicians to apply what they've learned in a real-world environment.
Working alongside our instructors, participants gain experience identifying components, navigating electrical drawings, understanding machine systems, tracing circuits and developing a systematic approach to troubleshooting using the facility's actual equipment and processes where appropriate.
This on-site component helps bridge the gap between learning the fundamentals and applying them to the equipment technicians are responsible for maintaining every day.
